Mise en Place

 

Il tema del laboratorio  è volto ad indagare percorsi di interpretazione ed sperimentazione il cui risultato siano oggetti per la tavola. La ricerca è  focalizzata su diversi temi—abitudini alimentari, buone maniere di stare a tavola e il mondo degli oggetti legati alla sfera del cibo.

 

The theme of the course is aimed at investigating paths of interpretation and experimentation whose result is objects for the table. The research focuses on different themes: eating habits, good table manners and the world of objects related to the sphere of food.
